Our Refund Approach
We want every student to feel confident before they enrol. Offermarble offers clear refund windows on all programs so that you can step away if a course genuinely isn't right for you. This policy explains when refunds are available, how much is returned and how to request one.
Cooling-Off Period
If you change your mind within fourteen calendar days of paying for a course and have completed less than twenty percent of the lessons, we will refund the full amount you paid. The cooling-off period starts on the date your payment clears, not the date you first created an account.
- Full refund within fourteen days and under twenty percent completion
- Partial refund between fifteen and thirty days based on unused lessons
- No refund after thirty days or once a live cohort has begun
- Live events and one-off workshops are non-refundable unless cancelled by us
Partial Refunds
If you request a refund between day fifteen and day thirty, we calculate the refund based on the percentage of course material you have not yet accessed. Materials downloaded, templates unlocked and live sessions attended are treated as delivered content and are not refundable.
Payment Plan Enrolments
When you pay through a plan, any refund is applied first to remaining instalments. If you have already paid more than the refundable amount, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within ten business days of approval.
Cancellations by Offermarble
If we cancel or reschedule a live cohort for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next available intake. We will contact you by email with both options and give you at least seven days to decide.
How to Request a Refund
Send a short email to offermarble@gmail.com with your name, the course you purchased, the payment date and a brief reason for the request. We aim to reply within three business days and to process approved refunds within ten business days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
